- Medium and large renovation projects regarding commercial and residential or industrial buildings, where the company is interested both in construction of structural and architectural works and the electro-mechanical installations
- Medium and small projects, where the company is interested in design, entrepreneurship and general management together or separated than the construction process itself
- Optimization of the projects regarding design, performing of construction and installation works and management
